Minimum Order
TOPACA is a producer and global exporter of Guatemalan handicrafts in bulk. We are wholesalers, and a minimum purchase of 24 pieces of each product is required. (This amount could vary depending on the products. (From 12pcs to 100pcs per product).
Time of Production
All items are hand made by our artisans; time of production will depend on the availability of products or any specific material. We estimate an average production time of 2-3 weeks. We handle mass orders, and production time is the same in most of the products
Exchanges and Returns
All products sold are non-refundable. Exchanges and Returns will be made if poor quality or incorrect packaging occurs.
Shipping
International shipping, customs and duty fees are covered by client upon arrival and assigned by their country. We will recommend the best shipping method for the products to reach your destination. Shipping depends of the volume and the amount purchased. We work with 3 method shipping: 1.. Door to Door Service (Courier), 2. Air Cargo 3. Maritime Cargo.
Prices
Prices are fixed; all of our prices are wholesale prices and have been set to guarantee all a fair transaction. All prices are unit prices and don’t include international nor local shipping cost. (Incoterm - Ex works)
Products
Re-purposed Huipils (Blouses) and Cortes (Skirts) in our products are one of a kind pieces. Patterning and color will vary slightly from piece to piece. All fabrics and finished products are made by hand and can have certain imperfections.
Payment
We work with a 50% payment to start production and the remaining 50% once the order is complete and ready to ship. Details on payment methods will be provided when order is placed
