TOPACA has come a long way but they can never forget their history and its own people. We strongly believe in giving back to those who make our work possible and aside from ensuring fair payments and stable jobs to our homeworkers and artisans, for the past 7 years a percentage of our sales are destined to finance three projects for social benefit. Two of them have a direct impact on our artisans’ families and the last one to their communities. 

This initiative started with a small group and today our projects have helped us bring clothes, shoes, school supplies, toys, food and smiles to over 850 children and adults each year. 

Our journey as an entrepreneurial company was never easy but our success has encourage us to finding different ways to help improve the well-being of our people. We are now looking forward in creating medical and education projects for our working members and for their vulnerable communities.
