Mini Ikat Messenger Bag

Mini Ikat Messenger Bag, made with Guatemalan ikat (jaspe) fabric woven on a foot loom by Maya artisans. The threads are tie-dyed by hand before weaving, creating the soft, blurred patterns of traditional cortes (skirts). Because each piece is handcrafted, the patterns are never exactly the same.

From our workshops in Chichicastenango and Panajachel, on Lake Atitlán, we produce, wholesale and export handmade Mayan handicrafts to retailers around the world.
