Minimum order
We are wholesalers. The minimum purchase is $200, and a minimum of 24 pieces per product is required. Depending on the product, this ranges from 12 to 100 pieces.
Production time
Every item is handmade by our artisans. Production usually takes 2–3 weeks, depending on product availability and materials. We handle large orders, and production time is the same for most products.
Payment
50% to start production and the remaining 50% when the order is complete and ready to ship. We share payment details when you place your order.
Prices
Our prices are fixed wholesale unit prices, set to guarantee a fair transaction for everyone. They do not include local or international shipping (Incoterm: Ex Works).
Shipping
We recommend the best shipping method for your destination, depending on the volume of your order:
1. Door-to-door courier
2. Air cargo
3. Sea freight
International shipping, customs and duties are paid by the client on arrival.
Products
Pieces made from repurposed huipiles (blouses) and cortes (skirts) are one of a kind, so patterns and colors vary slightly from piece to piece. Everything is handmade and may have small imperfections.
Exchanges and returns
All sales are final. We exchange or replace items only in case of poor quality or incorrect packaging.
