Our fabrics are woven by Maya weavers in the Guatemalan highlands on traditional wooden foot looms and backstrap looms: bright típica stripes, jaspe (ikat) patterns whose threads are tie-dyed by hand before weaving, soft panal cotton and narrow loom belts. They are sold wholesale by the yard and by the roll, ready for designers, makers and stores who want authentic handmade Guatemalan textiles. TOPACA has produced and exported Guatemalan fabric since 1986 and ships worldwide.
